Create and Manage Public Profiles

Profiles let others see your public media, collections, and creator identity on Typeshutter.

Short answer: Profiles let others see your public media, collections, and creator identity on Typeshutter.

Steps

  1. Open Account settings.

  2. Create or edit your profile.

  3. Add a profile name, username, bio, and profile picture.

  4. Publish media or collections you want to show on the profile.

Notes

  • Choose a username that represents you clearly and follows account rules.

  • Public profiles only show media and collections that are public and visible.

  • Deleting a profile removes its public media, collections, comments, and tag/search entries from public browsing.

Troubleshooting

  • If a username is unavailable, try another spelling or handle.

  • If your profile picture upload fails, use an image file and try again.

  • If a tag or search result from a deleted profile still appears briefly, refresh the page. Contact support with the tag name and profile username if it remains.
